My client is an award-winning technology provider that employ over 30 permanent staff from their Tier 3 Data Centre in Leeds. They specialise in the delivery of cloud services, managed IT infrastructure and support to end user customers within the SME and mid-market space.

They hold strategic partnerships with a number of leading technology vendors including; Cisco, Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, HP, Fortinet, NetApp, Juniper, Veeam and EMC.

The business has enjoyed steady growth over the last 3 years and is expecting to continue on its current growth path, forecasting to hit a £10m turnover and 60+ staff in the next 2 years.

They are now looking to recruit a 2nd/3rd Line Engineer to join their existing support team in Leeds. You will be responsible for providing first class customer service and technical support to various small to medium sized businesses throughout West Yorkshire and the North of England. This will involve both remote and on-site support, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

They are seeking individuals with exposure to the following technologies; Windows 7/8/10, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2014, Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016, Active Directory, Office 365, Linux, Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V, Servers, Storage, Backup, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, LAN, WAN, VPN.

The successful candidate must be confident and have excellent communication and customer facing skills as well as the willingness to learn new skills and technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a young and fast growing company with enormous room for progression.
