My client is a leading Technology Provider, who provide Mobility, Unified Comms and Managed IT Services to organisations within the public and private sectors. Operating at various locations throughout the UK they employ over 300+ people at sites in London, Birmingham and Manchester.

Due to continued expansion, they are now recruiting for an ITIL focussed Service Manager. This is a brand-new role within the Group and they are ideally seeking someone within a commutable distance to their Birmingham office. This is however a field-based role, with extensive travel. As such they may also be open to the right candidate in the South East or North West regions.

The Service Manager will help maintain customer relationships with the top 50 accounts in the business, whilst also helping with the onboarding of new logo customers. This will involve regular onsite service reviews to enhance customer satisfaction and NPS scores.

You will act as a liaison between the client and customer service team, whilst also collaborating with various other internal departments from Technical Support, Service Delivery and the Account Management team, ensuring SLA’s and customer expectations are met.

You will also help customers to better understand the full potential products on offer which can range from Mobile, IP PBX, Hosted Telephony, SIP, Leased Line, Ethernet, MPLS and Cloud Services.

They are seeking an ITSM processed driven individual, with ITIL best practice knowledge, who is extremely customer focussed, with exceptional communication and relationship building skills, who can be a voice for the customer internally.
